Our Operational team ensures everything runs smoothly, from directing crowds to managing waste sustainably. If you’re proactive, organised, and ready to be at the heart of the action, this is your chance to make a tangible difference in creating a positive and organized atmosphere.

Join the Registration and Athlete Info team to welcome athletes, staff, and media to the event. You’ll be the vital link, providing essential credentials, distributing kit, and supporting race officials. If you have excellent communication skills and an eagle eye for detail, help us give every participant a flawless start to their World Cup experience.

Become an Official and be instrumental in ensuring fair, safe, and exciting racing. Enforce the rules, manage race operations, and confirm results.
Please note that for this role you will need to be available from Thursday 25th for training and the opening ceremony through until Sunday 28th June when competition concludes.

The Field of Play crew is responsible for the physical setup and takedown of the entire venue, including the race course and essential site infrastructure. If you’re physically fit, enjoy working outdoors, and are ready to contribute to the big picture from the ground up, this team is waiting for you!
